Jennifer Carr combines over 30 years of experience in training and teaching into her classes. She has trained and taught classes in calisthenics, aerobics, step and yoga. Jennifer is a certified Fitness/Yoga instructor through the National Endurance Sports Trainers Association.

Shelby Shull Shelby Shull

Shelby Shull is a graduate of MCC and is currently the business manager and part owner of Trint’s Body Shop. She began training in martial arts at an early age. With David and Jennifer Carr as her parents, fitness and martial arts were a given. With her background in martial arts and her mother’s guidance in aerobics and stretching, Shelby combines the cardiovascular fitness exercises with the self-defense techniques she has trained in since a child.

Alisha Parker Alisha Parker

Alisha Parker has been involved with Kickbox Aerobics for over seven years. Her unique style of teaching insures a fun and dynamic workout, combining the aerobics of punches, kicks and blocks with the shaping and toning of her floor exercises and light dumbbell work. Alisha is also active in local walks and runs in the east Mississippi area, many times she is asked to warm-up and stretch walkers before a charitable event.
