Class calendar
Changes here update the public website calendar and the view-only phone calendar feeds. Phones pick up changes when their calendar app refreshes (often every few hours). All times Central.
Weekly classes
Editing without an effective date changes every week of that class. With an effective date, earlier weeks keep the old details.
Cancel or move one class date
One-off events & closures
"School closed" cancels every class on those dates.
Admin users
Everyone here is a full admin. Invite links work once and expire in 7 days. If someone forgets their password, click "New invite link" and send them the link (their old password stops working).
